Noah Wood × Off Hours.

A dinner for the moments in between.

A start-of-summer dinner with Off Hours. A long table, golden hour into candlelight, the kind of evening that ran past its natural end. Twenty-five seats, a guest chef, and a paper plane at arrival.

What we host

Three kinds of rooms.

Dinners

The long table.

Twenty to thirty seats, a guest chef, a few good drinks. We host these with brands we share territory with. Once a quarter, alternating cities.

Salons

One idea, well held.

A screening, a listening session, a perfumer's table, a reading. Smaller and sharper than a dinner. Built around one thing worth talking about.

Pop-ups

The world.

A few days in one space, the brand built out at full scale. Music, light, scent, people. Once or twice a year, in a city we love.

How we host

We build these together.

We host most of these in collaboration. We don't think of our world as ours alone, and we don't think of these rooms as venues for us to talk at people. Many of our evenings are built with brands, chefs, artists, and friends whose work lives in the same territory as ours. The room is the brand. The people in it make it real.

01

We partner.

Many of our gatherings are built with someone we share territory with. A brand, a chef, a writer, a musician, a venue. The format evolves with each partner.

02

We scale to the room.

A dinner is twenty to thirty. A salon is fifteen, sometimes less. A pop-up is a few hundred over a few days. The format follows what the evening is for, not the other way around.

03

We open the door.

Guests are invited through us, our partners, and the people who've come before. If you'd like to be in a Noah Wood room, or host one with us, the list below is where we keep the names.
