• Orders & Acceptance: An order signals your interest in our craft; acceptance occurs only when your fragrance ships. If something doesn’t look right—stock levels, pricing, or security—we may refuse the order to protect you and uphold the integrity of Noah Wood.
• Pricing & Payment: All prices reflect the craftsmanship behind each bottle.They are shown in U.S. Dollars and may shift with time, materials, or market conditions. Payment at checkout authorizes us to process your order through our trusted partners.
• Shipping & Delivery: Standard shipping is included within the U.S. Express options are available for those who want their scent in hand faster. Timing estimates are guides—not guarantees—as the journey from our workshop to your door can be influenced by forces outside our control. Once the package is with the carrier, its passage becomes your responsibility.
• Returns & Exchanges: Because fragrance is deeply personal and crafted in small batches, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days so we may make it right. Photographs help us investigate and replace when appropriate.
• Craftsmanship Warranty: Our products are offered “as is,” shaped by intention and careful formulation. We do not extend additional warranties beyond those required by law.
